What is BollyRobics ?

• Bollyrobics is Dance Fitness based primarily on BollyWood songs.
• Its is a mix of aerobic exercises along with Bollywood, Bhangra and Belly dance moves.
• The music includes both fast and slow rhythms allowing for a great cardio workout as well as body sculpting exercises.

What does a typical BollyRobics class look like?

•A typical BollyRobics session lasts for about an hour, with the last 10 min focused on stretching.
•It’s fun way to exercise, so that you don't feel like stopping even for a minute and look forward for the next song and the next session.

What to wear?

•Clothes - Wear Gym clothes or something comfortable to move in that you don’t mind getting sweaty. Consider going light on the jewelry or skipping it altogether.
•Shoes - Regular athletic sneakers or bare foot if you are exercising on carpet
•Water - Bring water, in a bottle that closes securely. Water spills is a safety hazard.
•Hand Towel- A gym towel may come in handy.
•Yoga mat - Last few mins involves basic yoga for stretching

•Be on time for class. If you must leave during class, do so quietly.
•Be courteous to fellow participants. Comments that are deemed to be rude or hurtful will not be tolerated.
•Be active, move your body, follow the lead and have fun.
