Yesterday, as part of our Seniors Month activities, we sang 'Happy Birthday' to 23 centenarians at our annual Century Club celebration. We asked a few of them what has helped keep them going through life's challenges. Sound advice based on 100 years of experience.

Peggy, a 100-year-old Veteran, is one of 23 remarkable Perley Health Century Club celebrants honoured at a special birthday celebration held earlier today.
Held during Seniors’ Month, the Century Club celebrates the lives, stories and contributions of Perley Health residents, tenants and community members who have reached the age of 100 and beyond.
