It’s been over six months since I posted.
Not because I didn’t have anything to say — but because I had everything to feel.

Life behind the scenes has been full: quiet reflection, new projects, deep growth… and a few messy chapters I didn’t know how to share.

I’ve been in a season of rewriting — not just my work but my worth, my voice and my next chapter.

So today I’m simply saying: I’m back.
Not to impress or perform.
But to share the parts of the journey that matter — the kind that take root in real life and bloom slowly.

It’s been a while since I posted — over 6 months in fact.
I’ve been working quietly behind the scenes, planting seeds, nurturing big ideas… and now I’m ready to share one of the many initiatives I’ve been growing. 💫

After years of coaching, speaking and helping women rise from burnout, I’m turning a new page — literally.

📚 I’m pleased to share that I am the founder of , a legacy-led children’s publishing house built from heart, healing and storytelling.
🌱 And this fall, I’ll be launching The Anxious Gardener — a deeply personal project that’s been living in me for years. Part memoir, part metaphor, all truth.

🎤 I still speak about burnout, resilience, and emotional recovery — especially for women trying to hold it all together.
💛 I advocate for mental health and life with MS — because showing up as yourself is enough.

This isn’t just a business shift.
It’s a dream I buried during burnout that’s finally come to life.
To help kids grow confident.
To help women feel seen.
To tell real stories that heal, grow and connect us.

Last night I had the privilege of attending the return of the Stepping Back Out Evening hosted by Dress for Success Ottawa. It was the prefect way to celebrate the successful year has had, an incredible HERstory Campaign and the news of their new location!

I look forward to getting more involved with Dress for Success Ottawa and continuing to support women’s initiatives in our community.
