Between long drives (gosh Ontario is a huge province!), mosquitos and morning dew, haven’t had a ton of time to move so far this trip but I can read and learn all about how to move well. 🤓😊👍🏻 I highly recommend this book by bio-mechanist Katy Bowman. (Workbook on same is being released this summer). Move well & move often everyone!
