Après deux autres journées de médiation, le groupe PA atteint l’impasse. Ça confirme le fossé qui nous sépare de l’employeur sur nos priorités, dont les salaires. La prochaine étape dépendra de la décision de la Commission des relations de travail.

Every three years, PSAC holds National Equity Conferences — dedicated spaces where Indigenous, Racialized, Access, Pride, and Black Caucus members come together to speak openly about the barriers they face and chart a path forward.

This May, 400 members gathered under the theme "Intersections of Power: Lifting Every Voice" to debate and vote on resolutions, and elect representatives to carry that work forward.

In between, they showed up for each other, marking Red Dress Day to honour MMIWG2S, hearing from speakers on allyship and lived experience, and standing together for colleagues facing job losses.
