It's starting to get really chilly out side and your girl needed extra motivation for cardio, so I popped on a weighted vest and stepped on the famous "Stair Master".
30 minutes later….😅😅😅, it definitely more than worked, the extra push was needed.
We all know cardio is important, even in the cold months… but how do you stay motivated?

Army Run 2025- 10km. Done and Did✅
Some of my fitness friends were asking me; “why do you do this?”
There’s so many good reasons I couls say but by far the top one is JOY! It’s one of them many things in life that I find joyful. If you know me, you know that if am not having fun I aren’t doing it..Period😅!
One secret about consistent with fitness; is find an activity that genuinely brings you joy. It might not necessarily be whatz trending or the latest thing that fitness coaches are talking posting about 🤷🏾♀️

When the Runner’s High know you by your first AND last name—you know it’s real. Sweat dripping, sun blazing…you could care less 😅😅
Some friends ask me: “How are you doing this?” This is one….I’m don’t keep it a secret coz has so many benefits.
So I put together a simple program for non-runners who want to become runners, all the way to 10K.

Cardio!
I always get a little shocked (and try so hard not to roll my eyes) when people say, “I work out, but I don’t do cardio.”
As a fitness professional, I don’t get it 😂
Letz be clear : Cardio is for EVERYONE. I’m not saying you have to go run a marathon or sprinting all the time. Cardio can be low impact too — like walking. It still counts!
Just like I believe health is for everyone, I believe cardio is nonnegotiable in any balanced fitness routine.
