I’ve attended classes at Bonnie Gordon College in Toronto. I was fortunate enough to have shared a classroom with talented professionals who taught me about haute couture design, moulding edible flowers and proper baking/designing techniques. I enjoy getting to know people through this business and being able to share in their enthusiasm over event planning! Most of all I love the challenge that comes from creating a delicious work of art that will make your day that much brighter!
