When I joined this amazing organization, people told me that its not easy to become an internal trainer, you don't have it in you to transform into a people manager and it will not be rewarding.

Fast forward a year, we achieved:

1. Designing, planning and executing manager development programme which is plug-in deck for on ground and wfh employees

2. Designing, planning and executing coaching culture throughout the organization

3. Involved stakeholders on Global level for Improving patient experience, involving content creation, understanding the need and developing master trainers for the said course

4. Worked on performance management and closely monitored the feedback experience within that structure

5. Managed and worked with a global team of high performers.

6. Instructional designed more than 10 courses on core business skills for different job family and tiers through out the organization.

7. Delivered courses for participants from Pakistan, UK, Afghanistan and East Africa.

All this in one year. The possibilities of achievement for 2022 is infinite.
