Smoked Salmon bagel:

Our smoked salmon bagel is made in-house, topped with pickled onions, garlic-herb cream cheese, capers,and fresh pea shoots, and home fries ➕ salad of course!

We don’t usually post these things, but my family has been going through a tough holiday and new year. Our beloved dad has been diagnosed with Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML), a rare and serious brain infection that is affecting his health. This unexpected diagnosis has come as a shock to our family, and it is challenging not only emotionally but also financially.
