Job description
Are you interested in a career in professional recruiting? We are looking for someone to join our team and learn the ins and outs of recruiting for the industrial sector. In this role you would be responsible sourcing, screening, and presenting people for job opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, construction, and/or logistics. To do this you will learn a wide variety of recruiting methods.

While working in this position you will:

Identify prospective candidates using a variety of recruiting techniques
Develop and implement recruiting strategies based on client’s needs
Conduct confidential interviews, on the phone and in-house
Follow-up with references and process background checks
Create detailed candidate profiles using CRM software
Develop a Network of job seekers
Present qualified candidates with job offers
To excel in this role you must:

Be able to quickly establish rapport when meeting new people
Have strong phone skills
Have an interest in human resources
Be highly organized
Work best in a team environment
Have excellent networking skills
Think outside the box and find creative ways to source new candidates
