. Realizing this need of a balanced life style enriched with holistic wellness, he chose to study the ancient Yoga system followed by our sages in the Vedic period. Vivek walked away from his IT career in 2010 and started his holistic wellness and spiritual journey by becoming a certified Yoga instructor and studying the ancient texts of Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Hath Yoga, Bhagvad Gita, Human anatomy and Alternative therapies during his Masters program at the esteemed SVYASA university, the single most extensive research body functioning today, funded by the AYUSH Department of India. Vivek’s Guru, Dr. Nagendra, the Chancellor of the university, who, along with PM Modi has pioneered the International Yoga Day, has blessed this journey. Vivek has mastered the science of Integrated Advanced Yoga Therapies (IAYT) exclusively designed to deal with Cardiac, Pulmonary, Psychiatric, Neurologic, Diabetic, Spinal, Metabolic and Cancer disorders, to name a few. In his quest to help others, he offers specific techniques researched and developed for the rehabilitation and improvement of the overall health of an individual as per WHO guidelines. Working in close conjunction with medical professionals, he places significant focus on patients with genetic and life style risks factors to manage, prevent and delay the onset of conditions by intervening early and maintaining a healthy work-life balance using customised yoga, diet management and mindful thinking modules.
