You bought the harness. I did too.

Mine sat in a drawer for a year before I threw it out. It worked while it was on.
Take it off and you're right back where you started, because it was doing the job your traps were supposed to be doing.

Ten years of telling yourself to sit up straight. Still slouched.
You decided that meant something about you.

It doesn't.
You can't hold a position your body can't get into. That's not weak will.
That's a missing capability.

Every step in this video does the same two things: Make the position available.
Then build what holds it.

You didn't lack the will. You lacked the capability.

If a workout video was going to motivate you, you'd already be motivated.
People ask why I don't post workouts.
As if the missing piece is a better exercise selection, or if you just saw the right program, something would finally click.
