Nookoom Learning is honoured to welcome on board Holly King. Holly is a Métis Knowledge Holder from the historic community of Willow Bunch, Saskatchewan. Holly is a 13 year veteran educator with certifications in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba and she holds teacher certifications in Saskatchewan where she graduated from the Urban Native Education Program. Holly is a proud military wife and mother of two girls.
Her passion and desire to share the culture of her Metis people with the students and teachers she has worked with. Her true desire is to empower her daughters to have a love for their Métis heritage and share it with others.

Nice start to a cultural camp. These RMC ALOY youth are a pleasure to share culture with. Today we began with making handdrums and singing songs. We have a full week of activities planned.
