Workshop Announcement! I will be hosting a workshop on mindfulness and movement.
Mindfulness is an approach to meditation that encourages you to focus on bringing awareness to what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment.
In this two-hour workshop, I will introduce basic mindfulness techniques and lead a soothing movement meditation practice.

A topic of discussion in therapy are New Year’s resolutions. I personally do not think New Year’s resolutions work because it sets an expectation that whatever change we want, it needs to be done as soon as possible. The question above allows us to think about the end of next year, instead of immediate gratification. Big changes don’t happen over night. Big changes consist of many small changes, that lead us to achieving our goals.
So, it’s December 29, 2023, does your life look different than it does right now?
