A chain is only as strong as the weakest link. The only way is to tear it all out, and start from scratch. That way we can be certain that Every aspect of our projects is done correctly. From the demolition, to the simplest detail such as caulking. Pay attention to each little detail. Doing it fast is fine, but doing it correctly is more important.
