There have been multiple morning that I have arrived at the gym today find the machines still loaded with plates.
Proper gym etiquette is to unload the weight you loaded.
Please be mindful that we have multiple new lifters in our space and just because you can easily lift the 45lb plates doesnt mean the next person can!!!
