BottomLine Accounting Services is a Junior Payroll Administrator & Bookkeeper!

We are looking for an individual to take on a variety of payroll and bookkeeping duties at our Oakville office.

PAYROLL DUTIES INCLUDE:
Process payroll for 25+ small businesses varying from 2-35 employees
Set up new hires, process terminations and other payroll or employee changes
Prepare ROEs
Assist in year end and year begin processing
Answer inquiries from employees, managers and governmental agencies regarding payroll related questions and requests
Other payroll & HR related duties, as required

BOOKKEEPING DUTIES INCLUDE:
Communicating with clients, staff and partners
Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
Recording of debits and credits
Account reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS:
Payroll Compliance Practitioner (P*P) Certification
1-3 years of experience in payroll & bookkeeping
Previous experience working at an Accounting Firm is considered an asset
Strong computer skills, intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word and Excel)
Must have a strong knowledge of Sage 50, QuickBooks Online & Desktop
Works well in a group and independently, must have excellent problem solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Taking pride in the ability to help clients grow and be successful

Salary range will be based on skillset and past experience.
