Made this one for a baker friend from Doha. So went the extra mile and added three flavours. Chocolate salted caramel, raspberry ripple and red velvet and Oreos. Loved how it turned out.

Banana chocolate sponges, layered with Callebaut chocolate buttercream and covered in Ganache.

Happy Tuesday my lovelies. Last weekend finally had some Doha baking vibes🥳🥳.
My first big (ish) order since I started baking here and I couldn’t be happier. Goes without saying that I absolutely LOVED making this beast of a beauty for an adorable little boy. 🤗 💙
The inside layers for the cake were raspberry ripple and cookies and cream
