The Kettlebell Kickboxing journey started when Jodi Barrett went to New York to complete her KBIA-master Level Certification. She then started her classes in Canada and created a real KB Canada community. Jodi now heads all of Kettlebell Kickboxing Canada and is the brand representative and owner with a KB series of DVDs, classes, seminars & certifications – Jodi is Canada KB!
Fun fact: I actually had to film this twice today. The first attempt ended with a wardrobe malfunction. 😅
The second attempt? Much better.
This challenge is harder than it looks. Holding yourself at the top between each rep lights up your grip, back, shoulders, core, and your ability to stay calm under fatigue.
It’s not about rushing through reps. It’s about owning every second of each one.
