Pause for Peace is a two hour event to offer your sweet soul a rest and reset amidst the busy holiday season.
Sanyam is the collection of the last three limbs in the 8 limbs of yoga, Dhāranā, Dhyāna, Samādhi, which translate to concentration, meditation, and absorption.
When we take time to be still, we are better able to hone into our own being, our senses, and draw from a deep place of awareness in a calm and clear state.
Samādhi is the ultimate release of our stories, and the mental activity of the mind clouding our inner vision, we are set free to simply BE.
What to expect:

✨ time to rest and reset your nervous system
