So thankful to have been part of the Toyota Plug,Learn & Drive event. Introducing ‘s first all-electric suv to dealers across Ontario.

I was impressed with the refined driving experience comprising of a balance between handling dynamics and ride quality, luxury amenities and a distinct plethora of creases and shades to distinguish the exterior from other compact CUVs.

Really excited about the upcoming refresh with over 100 more horsepower and up to 30% range extension!

Great 10 days representing and the GR lineup at this year’s Toronto . I’m incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to experience these cars from both a High Performance Driving and client coaching perspective. In recent years Toyota has really put in an effort to make fun, simplistic sports cars -emphasis on the FUN part! So many manufacturers, especially in the performance market are always looking how to top performance figures, while also adding so much technology, screens and refinement. With this simplicity has been lost, weight has been gained, faster doesn’t necessarily mean more fun.

Happy to see Toyota has some more back-to-basics sports cars that harken back to days where it was all about driver involvement, less weight and technological simplicity - Some of the last available of their kind next to the Subaru BRZ and Mazda Miata. Here’s hoping they (and other manufacturers) will prioritize these traits in upcoming sports cars, in addition to making them available and affordable to enthusiasts.

Now, time to finish off the last remaining winter programs, as the sun comes out and signs of spring become more apparent.
