I am very excited to be offering a Level one Reiki class on Dec. 1st, 2024 at Zen House Yoga Studio, in Niagara Falls. If you are interested in energy work this will be a lovely introduction.
The focus of level one is on self-healing and offering healing energy to others. We will cover the history and benefits of Reiki, the Chakra system, the Reiki Principles, and Reiki for animals and plants. You will also learn hand positions for self-healing and how to provide a session for others. You will receive a Reiki attunement, a course manual and a certificate at the end of the class.
If this sounds like something for you or if you have any questions, please message me for more information and to sign-up. Spaces are limited to 6 students, The cost is $200+HST, a $50 deposit is required when you sign-up. Have a wonderful day!
