In the late 1980's and early 1990's, Niagara Falls' High Schools introduced rowing to their athletes. Myer and Saint Paul High Schools both began programs and a few years later St. These three schools have trained and boated student athletes for 25 years now and continue to do so. Designed for youth ages 9–14, this program is perfect for anyone interested in learning the sport of rowing. Athletes will develop fitness, confidence, teamwork, and rowing skills through a combination of:

βœ… Rowing machine training
βœ… Stretching, core, and endurance workouts
βœ… Dockside trainer sessions
βœ… On-water rowing in rowing shells

πŸ“… Camp Dates: July 6, 8, 10, 13, 15, & 17

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM

πŸ’² Cost: $120 + HST (Total $135.60)

*First-time participants are required to pay a one-time Rowing Canada & Row Ontario affiliation fee of $75. Athletes who participated in our Spring Youth Rowing sessions are exempt from this fee.
