What happens before we ever swing a hammer?

A lot more than most people think.

One of the most important phases of any renovation happens long before construction begins. Initial consultations, site visits, measurements, budgeting, scope development, material selections, trade coordination, and scheduling all happen before a crew ever arrives onsite.

This planning stage is where we work closely with homeowners to understand how they live, what isn't working in their current space, and what they want to achieve through their renovation.

It's also when we coordinate with designers, suppliers, and trade partners to make sure everyone is aligned before construction begins.

While it's not the most exciting part of the process, it's often the most important. The more time and attention invested upfront, the smoother the renovation tends to be once work gets underway.
