I lost a beloved labradorite stone at the end of November, and since then, four have found their way to me. Each has its own beauty, but this fourth one from has a blue light shining through like none of the others.

If your customers don't want a modified agreement, then recommend two or three people in your field you respect, those who can help your customers. This ensures you always leave your customers with an alternative, and never a feeling of let-down or rejection. They will remember you when you attempt to help them further.
