My number one tip for building your lash and beauty business 💡

You need to focus on your client experience 💆🏼‍♀️ Your skills don’t matter near as much as providing a 5 star experience for your clients.

This can look like:
- Professionally greeting your client, offer to hang their jacket or bag
- A CLEAN and organized space with no clutter (mess looks lazy)
- A comfortable and cozy bed (think mattress topper, blanket, comfy head pillow, leg pillow)
- Relaxing ambience (diffuser, natural or neutral lighting, a candle, calming music - my favorited is lofi hip-hop beats)
- A comfortable and clean bathroom nearby
- Provide a free lash bath
- Check in on them throughout the appointment to make sure they’re comfortable
- Snacks or candies your client can take on the road when they’re done

These are just some of the things you can do to create a premium experience for your client and keep them coming back ❤️🌹
