3 Practices you can do to be more present so you can build from clarity and desire instead of stress and desperation.
1. Expect a good day. When you wake
up and brush your teeth, look in the mirror and say to yourself I expect good things, I expect to have a good day.
2. Have a movement practice. Stress and frantic energy needs a way to move through the body. It needs an outlet otherwise it will stay stagnant and remain in the body. (Stress manifests as dis-ease in physical form)
3. Stop 🛑 multitasking, do not try to do
more than one thing. Pick a task and do it fully.

Turn on music that lifts you up pick your favorite flow from the soft life studio, create a quiet moment, a space you can just be yourself and be by yourself, and just reflect.
