Hello and welcome🧘‍♀️

My name is Rochelle, I am a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa certified yoga instructor and certified childrens yoga instructor.

I’m excited to share my passion for a healthier lifestyle through yoga with you ♥️

My path to becoming a yogi started when I developed an injury. Yoga helped me recover both physically and mentally! 

My teaching style is relaxed with an emphasis on healing and doing what’s right for your body. 

I encourage everybody to try yoga!

Off the mat, my life is centered around spending time with my family and friends, eating healthy and attempting to homestead.
