aus!Funkt could be considered as post-punk, but in a really broad sense - post-punk influenced punk, disco, electronica, funk, rock'n'roll, garage rock, dub, blues and whatever is stripped down, raw, unrefined and mentally intriguing. aus!Funkt follows the aesthetic of simplicity, repetitiveness and minimalism with an unsettling but curious undertone.
