This one is a part of a new project. I was looking for a cocktail recipe based on the Forest. Reminding the smells, sensations that you can have when you are in the middle of a humid forest. Best option if you can’t go out in nature !
Gaspé :
4 cl Gin
1cl Sweet Gale Homemade syrup
Radoune gin is made with mushrooms and adding the sweet gale homemade syrup, you really have the test of the Forest in your mouth ! Of course, to increase the experience, the half of the glass (glassware from ) was smoked with a mix of differents herbs : sweet gale and balsam fir tips (both are Nordic spices)
To mix the gin and the syrup, just stirred with ice and pour into a glass.
Enjoy the experience !

I made this one 3 years ago for my friend ! So, here we go ! For the story, that was my first signature cocktail ! 🤗

Apricot Brandy (Meaghers)
Dropplets of blue curaçao
Pineapple juice
Lime juice
Cane syrup

Shake all the ingredients together for 12s and serve 🍸
