L’entreprise à été fondé par Alex « LEX » Duhamel en 2013. Ayant effectué des tournées depuis les 20 dernières années nous avons remarqué que tout n’était pas adapté pour les groupes artistiques. Les gars de First Fragment ont eu un accident en tournée. Heureusement, tout le monde va bien, mais leur équipement a été jeté partout sur le bord d’une autoroute enneigée.
