As a personal trainer, I assist people of various backgrounds in moving better, feeling better and being stronger. I do this by offering nutritional counselling and not advice. At the core of this is my background in functional training and assessment. As a group fitness instructor, I teach people how to return to a more balanced, stable and flexible path using Animal Flow and Barefoot Training. As an educator I teach the instructor certification courses at the YMCA.
