La fondatrice et principale formatrice de formation dancing gecko, Rachel Green, Ph. D., est une psychologue praticienne et une professeure d’université qui a commencé sa carrière comme neuropsychologue avant de se passionner pour l’entretien motivationnel en 2006 et de le pratiquer. Elle a animé des ateliers sur l’entretien motivationnel au Canada, aux États-Unis et en Europe. Rachel est membre du réseau Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) et de l’Association francophone de diffusion de l’Entretien Motivationnel (AFDEM), ainsi qu’une formatrice accréditée de l’OTSTCFQ (Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec).
