Whether they're building sandcastles, riding bikes, attending camp, exploring a playground, or helping with everyday tasks, children are developing important skills through experience.

Confidence, independence, problem-solving, social participation, and motor development are often built through the simple moments of childhood. ☀️

Qu’ils construisent des châteaux de sable, fassent du vélo, participent à un camp ou aident à la maison, ils développent des habiletés importantes à travers leurs expériences.

La confiance, l’autonomie, la résolution de problèmes et plusieurs habiletés motrices se développent souvent dans les moments les plus simples du quotidien. ☀️

Playgrounds are one of our favourite therapy tools - and they're completely free. 💛

While children are climbing, swinging, balancing, and exploring, they're also developing important skills that support everyday life.

Playground activities can help build:

• Motor planning
• Problem-solving
• Confidence

The best part? Most children don't realize they're practicing these skills because they're too busy having fun.

Derrière chaque enfant que nous accompagnons se trouve une équipe incroyable d’ergothérapeutes qui apporte compassion, créativité, collaboration et beaucoup de cœur à son travail chaque jour.
