Through Writing, a meditative journaling workshop to explore the connection between mindfulness and creative expression. During this workshop, we will learn how writing can be a surprising tool for introspection, as well as an accessible skill to cope with stress.
Through gentle prompts, guided meditations, and periods of free writing, participants are encouraged to let go of perfection and simply observe what arises on the page. No prior writing experience is needed. Together, we will cultivate a practice of writing that is less about crafting and more about listening to thoughts and to feelings.
