Train Ride 🚂

Heyya Inkychums!

Painting after a while, and I couldn't think of anything other than the train, my favourite mode of transport.

While growing up, for me, a trip by train meant my own little space where I would not have to fight with someone next to me for the arm-rest. It meant 7 hours of reading my favourite comics like Chacha Chaudhury, Pinki and Ti**le like non-stop and no one would force me to study! It was a treat for my city-bred eyes when the train passed by the lush greens of the forests and the farms. Every time the train passed on a bridge, I would sing Chhaiya Chhaiya to its rhythm. How I loved gorging on the snacks like Jhaal Muri and spicy chana chaat. Yummmm.

I stoppered all those wonderful feelings and memories from my childhood put them on paper today😇. South-Eastern railways, my love! ❤️❤️
