Keep your squats diverse with the BOSU! You can use either side, however, this variant is on the flat side. Aim for 1-3 sets of 15 reps.
*!* CAUTION *!*
This side is very unstable, stand next to a wall so you can hold on while stepping up onto the BOSU.
In addition to working the same muscles as a regular squat, you get the added bonus of balance too!
