In honor of Earth Day 2022, SEL360 is excited to bring you our latest interview, Our Pain for the World; Discussions in Eco-Grief.

Meet Rebekah Hart, psychotherapist, couple and family therapist, creative arts therapist, and facilitator of the Work that Reconnects. She joined us to talk about her work with people experiencing eco-grief, what it is, how it impacts us, and how we can work through it constructively. In this discussion we talk not only about eco-grief, but also the Work that Reconnects, activism and social movement, and our interconnectedness to the world and to each other.

If you’ve ever had questions about eco-grief, also commonly known as eco-anxiety, we recommend this video as a great place to start!
