For 2019, and PFM asked 7 designers and artists to pay tribute to the LGBTQIA acronym ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿณ๏ธโ€โšง๏ธ

Weโ€™re still so incredibly proud of this project and the hugely talented creators behind it.

Our 4 core values in our Code of Ethics, which every PFM team member needs to sign, are to โ€œBe Authentic,โ€ โ€œKeep Curious,โ€ โ€œSpeak Up,โ€ and โ€œStand Out.โ€ We hope weโ€™re making the world a bit better of a place, in the process, by lifting up and empowering LGBTQIA+ people in all the things we do, in our workplace and beyond.

Happy ! ๐ŸŒˆ

We all know the importance of creating a North Star Vision for your projects, but how do you communicate it to others so they jump onboard with you? ๐ŸŒŸ The answer = design vision stories.

We worked with Gabi Duncombe to tackle this big question. Gabi shared her awesome expertise on communicating North Star Visions on projects that set you up for success. Check it out at https://xd.adobe.com/ideas/process/prototyping/how-to-craft-design-vision-stories/, where she looks at:

โœ… How to define your design vision story
โœ… How to format your design vision story
โœ… Principles of a good design vision story
โœ… Documents to help you along the way
