À compter du 13 septembre, Codell Audio sera fermé le lundi. Les travaux d’installation et de pré-câblage se dérouleront comme d’habitude le lundi. Nous ouvrirons les lundis sur rendez-vous seulement. S’il vous plaît appelez bien à l’avance si vous voulez une démonstration personnalisée de l’équipement afin que nous puissions répondre à vos souhaits de manière appropriée. Cette décision a été prise afin de mieux vous servir et de donner au personnel le temps de recharge dont il a besoin. Les commentaires sont les bienvenus.

Codell Audio will as of September 13 , be closed on Mondays . Installations and prewiring will be business as usual on Monday. We will open Mondays by appointment only. Please call well in advance if you want a personalized demonstration of equipment so that we can address your wishes appropriately. This decision has been made in order to serve you better and to give the staff the recharge time they need. Comments are welcome.

Hello everyone,

After a long reflection and considering the almost forty years in the hi-fi industry, including twenty-two years as manager of Codell Audio, the time has come for me to start a new chapter in my life. With more years behind me than ahead, I’ve made the decision to spend more time with my family and friends, and to devote more energy to my hobbies. So August 28th will be my last day at Codell Audio.

Over the past four decades, I’ve had the pleasure of working with great people and accumulating many fond memories along the way. I’ve enjoyed sharing my passion for music and for high-end audio as well as helping countless customers build systems that provided them with true musical bliss.

I’d like to thank all my loyal customers as well as my colleagues in the industry who took part in my professional development. I would also like to express my gratitude to Jean-Luc Petit for the wonderful years in distribution as well as to Issie Nudell for the great ride at Codell Audio. A special nod must go to Yvon Loiseau who got me started in this wonderful business back in 1983.

PS: To all Linn LP12 owners, I will be continuing the maintenance and upgrades of the LP12 through Codell Audio. This is, after all, the greatest turntable of all time and my overall favourite audio product!9

Après mûre réflexion, tenant compte des quasi quarante ans dans l’industrie de la haute fidélité (dont vingt-deux ans en tant que gérant de Codell Audio), le temps est venu pour moi de commencer un nouveau chapitre. Avec plus d’années derrière moi que devant, j’ai pris la décision de prendre plus de temps avec ma famille et mes amis, et de consacrer plus d’énergie à mes passions. Donc, le 28 août prochain sera ma dernière journée chez Codell Audio.

Durant ces quatre dernières décennies, j’ai eu le plaisir de travailler avec des gens formidables et d’accumuler beaucoup de bons souvenirs en chemin. J’ai aussi aimé partager ma passion pour la musique et pour les produits haute fidélité, ce qui m’a permis d’aider un grand nombre de clients à cheminer vers la chaîne hi-fi de leur rêve. Ce fut pour moi une belle récompense et un bel accomplissement.

Je dis un au revoir et un gros merci à tous mes clients fidèles ainsi qu’à mes confrères de l’industrie qui ont pris part à mon épanouissement professionnel. Je tiens à souligner ma reconnaissance à Jean-Luc Petit pour les belles années dans la distribution ainsi qu’à Issie Nudell pour le beau parcours chez Codell Audio. Un clin d’oeil tout particulier à Yvon Loiseau qui m’a ouvert les portes vers cette merveilleuse industrie en 1983.
