✨ Big Changes, Same Mission ✨

After years of working with the incredible MS community through Groove Wellness, I’m thrilled to share a new chapter in my journey! 🎉 I’ve recently taken on a new role with AbilityNB, where I’ll be helping people with mobility disabilities regain independence and reconnect with their communities. 💪

But don’t worry—Groove Wellness isn’t going anywhere! The heart of Groove will now be focused on helping women just like YOU. 💃 Women who are tired of yo-yo dieting, who want to lose stubborn belly fat, regain their energy, and feel amazing in their own skin. 🙌

I’ve been there myself, and I know how overwhelming it can feel. That’s why I’m committed to helping women embrace aging with strength and confidence. 💫

You’ll never be able to caffeine or medicate your way into sustainable energy.
