Gardening is one of my favorite hobbies and is one I recommend to clients all of the time. It has so many health benefits.
- It gets you outside
- Gets you moving
- It can be done on small and large scales so perfect for everyone
- When your hands come in contact with the ground they absorb minerals they wouldn't normally come in contact with
- It's rewarding to see your efforts pay off
- People often say eating healthy is expensive but by growing your own it significantly reduces the cost of produce (and it's often better quality)
The list goes on and on....if your looking for a hobby I highly recommend gardening ππ±

What if I told you.....You Had the Power. Not the shake, the pill, the wrap. There is no magical thing that will help you lose weight and get healthier other than the magic that is in you already and just waiting to be released. I mean sure those things can help, mostly in the way that they can motivate you to make healthier choices after you spent money on them... I mean you might as well at least get some exercise in while your at it π€·...but....if you just shifted your mindset to release your own magic, your own strength, your own power to focus on figuring out what really works for you in order to become that person that just makes healthy choices because that's who you are, that's when you'll see the change, that's where the magic really happens. Energy rises, happiness becomes more constant, weight goes down, muscle goes up....lifespan increases!!
Trust me you can do this, but just like anything else you have to really want it and commit to it because it won't always be easy especially in the beginning...but that's what I'm here for and we will get you there together π
