Many ask me, “how did you come up with this name?” Or “what does it mean to you?”

And the answer is,
Within my journey as a registered massage therapist, I came to realize that a lot of times when we have chronic pain or are suffering from an injury there can be an emotion connected to it.

So, When we work with the body as a whole, and address pain beyond the point of just muscle stiffness it can help the healing journey tremendously.

Therefore, I really wanted my business name to show the correlation of the muscle-mind(soul)-pain connection.
