Every year, people suffer burns, eye injuries, and other serious trauma from fireworks. Many of these incidents are entirely preventable.

MFRS recruits spent another full weekend working hard. They are nearing the end of their training and will soon be issued pagers and sent to their respective stations.
This past weekend, recruits were practising advanced firefighting tactics.
