Sticking with the glutes theme this week, today’s exercise is Hip Thrusts👇🏽
▫️This is a great exercise to build size and power in your glutes. When doing this exercise, keep your chin tucked and eyes forward - which will help prevent your spine and hip flexors from over extending.
