Blue Roan Shop

Well it’s been about 6 months since Blue Roan Shop closed for a break. Over that time it’s been so hard trying to decide if the closure would be temporary or permanent.

A few deciding factors that were considered:
1) The cost of goods - did you know most of our most popular items come from the United States? Which means shipping AND duty on every order we make.
2) The cost of shipping to customers - most packages shipped within Canada costs anywhere from $12-$30 or more, depending on the size and location. One sweater to western Canada, approximately $25-$30
3) Travel - Gas, hotels and vendor fees to come see our favourite customers! Costs an arm and a leg unfortunately. Some vendors live closer to shows or have trailers with living quarters to help get by.
4) Time away - As a of 2, wife, Massage Therapist, and pet owner, every weekend away I was missing those memorable moments.

It was an awesome couple of years that we won’t forget! So much support from start to finish 🥰
