We have recently been informed that an individual has been approaching residents door-to-door, claiming to represent the Markham Food Bank.

Please be advised that the Markham Food Bank does not conduct any door-to-door outreach or request donations of food or money at your door.

We encourage everyone in the community to stay cautious. For your safety, we recommend being cautious when opening your door and please don’t give out money, food, or personal information to anyone making these kinds of claims..
