Originally from Calgary and raised in BC's Okanagan Valley, Kate is our new easygoing and optimistic team member. She’s quickly adapted over the past month, valuing the job's variety, teamwork, and growth opportunities.

Kate keeps her approach simple: stay present and avoid overthinking. Her calm, steady philosophy, both on and off the job, is captured in her favourite line from an Eagles song: "Take it easy, don’t let the sound of your own wheels drive you crazy."

Here's a fun fact that might surprise you: Kate once had all of John Mulaney’s stand-up specials memorized. So, if you hear a perfectly timed joke on site, it's likely a well-practiced delivery!

Get to Know Dennis Binning: Our Multi-Talented Merchandiser

Hailing from Saskatoon, Dennis Binning officially joined The Reset Team (TRT) on January 11, 2026, and has quickly become an essential and valued member of the crew.

Dennis's enthusiasm shines when he talks about his favourite parts of TRT: the ongoing opportunity to learn new skills and the pleasure of working with a genuinely great team. For someone who thrives on personal growth and positive energy, it's the perfect match.

When he's not busy making retail displays look incredible, Dennis leads a highly creative life. He's a true "renaissance human," spending his time playing the drums, sketching, designing apps and websites, soaking up music and movies, or exploring the great outdoors through camping, fishing, and traveling.

After a productive shift, Dennis keeps it simple: he unwinds with a hot cup of peppermint tea and his favourite playlist.

For anyone new to TRT, Dennis offers this piece of wise prairie advice: "Hang in there, be patient - it gets better." It's the encouraging perspective of someone who knows the challenges and the rewarding view that comes with them.

Keep an eye on Dennis! While he’s elevating our retail spaces now, he holds a quiet but strong ambition to launch his own business one day. Future entrepreneur energy is definitely at play here.
