What is .be.better.life and well the truth is it’s me!

I like my food heavy on the carbs
Sometimes I smile so big my cheeks hurt
Getting dressed results in a mini house tornado
I’m an aeries, so a tad impulsive
I have an old soul
I hate small talk and I love deep soulful conversations
I’ve love to over deliver
I have at times crippling anxiety
I’m an empath
I wear all my emotions on my face, the good, the bad and the ooop
I’m totally okay not fitting in
I love with my full heart
Caffeine makes me wild
My door/dms are always open for a friend in need
I am an entrepreneur
Any bad day can be fixed with a dance party at home in my underwear
I love to help people
I meditate in the bubble bath
And each day I try to do something to make myself or the world I live in better. It’s not about perfection but about a constant micro changes to be better.
