What an incredible day for CUPE 5678. The support from the public and their allies was felt every step of the way (literally and figuratively). OPSEU joined them and proudly signed our petition, and even a former Board Trustee came out to show their support.

We came, we danced, we sang — thanks to the amazing Rideau Canal Cloggers and to Anthony Leduc, whose words reminded everyone why this fight matters. He shared how he could never have graduated Grade 12 without the dedication of his support staff. That’s the impact we make. Thank you to everyone who stood with us. Your solidarity keeps us strong.
